Where apprenticeship once depended on repeated grubt work and eventually getting access to “the room” where business thinKing took place, AI has altered that pathway. EmPro is a deliberate response: a structured mechanism for developing one of the profession’s most important capabilities.

We always refer to lawyers, but we speak to all young professionals: the logic of judgment development is the same.
