EmPro is a facilitated business judgment development program comprising four 90-minute sessions over eight weeks. Each session is built around one real commercial decision made by an experienced business leader. Guided by an EmPro facilitator, participants interrogate the judgment, trade-offs and consequences that shaped the decision.
